Delivery date is a combination of Canada Post delivery standards and the retailer's fulfillment time. The shipping cost is the cost of shipping using Canada Post services and the retailer's handling costs.
All orders are processed on behalf of the Henri Nouwen Society by Daybreak Books & Media, an outreach ministry of the L'Arche Daybreak community located in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada and is an associate of the Henri Nouwen Society.
At HenriNouwen.org we want our customers to be completely satisfied with both the products ordered and the services provided. Please read carefully the following product return guidelines.
· Customers not completely satisfied with any item ordered may return it within 30 days from the date of shipment as indicated on the original invoice. Where the shipment date is not specifically identified it is assumed to be the same as the invoice date. After 30 days a customer may still request special consideration.
· Proof of purchase must accompany the returned item.
· All orders are shipped FOB destination. This means that the shipper (Daybreak Books & Media) assumes responsibility for the shipment until it reaches the customer. In the same manner Daybreak Books & Media cannot assume responsibility for any damage that may occur during shipment to items being returned.
· All returned books must be received in their original condition. All returns of shrunk-wrapped audio and video products will only be accepted if they have been unopened or if the product itself is defective. Management reserves the right to determine the condition of the returned item.
· Upon approval of the returned item the customer may choose to have his/her account re-credited or to have a replacement sent.
· If an error has been made in processing or shipping an order Daybreak Books & Media assumes full responsibility. Otherwise, a flat return-shipment charge of US$5.00 will apply. For convenience, this charge will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that delivery dates for shipments to the USA and other international destinations can be delayed due to customs and import regulations over which the shipper has no control.
