Former Trappist Monk Speaks about Merton and Nouwen

On Tuesday November 16, 2004 the Cleveland Chapter of the International Thomas Merton Society presented a talk by Robert Durback at the Ursuline Motherhouse, Merici Conference Center. Durback was a novice at Gethsemani under Thomas Merton and a close friend of Henri Nouwen. He is the author/editor of "Seeds of Hope - a Henri Nouwen Reader" (Doubleday), "Henri Nouwen: In My Own Words" (Ligouri), "A Retreat with Henri Nouwen: Reclaiming Our Humanity" (St. Anthony Messenger Press).
